Meet the Doctor

Dr. Michael Dam graduated summa cum laude from National University of Health Sciences in Illinois in 2003 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Since earning his doctorate, he has taken hundreds of hours of post-graduate and continuing education classes in traumatic brain injury treatment, whiplash treatment, nervous system disorders, advanced imagining techniques, cold laser therapy, and nutrition. He is a member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association and of the local Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Dam is committed to delivering high-quality health care to the community and is passionate about seeing his patients experience a higher quality of life through chiropractic. Originally from Grimsby, Ontario Canada, Dr. Dam and his wife Annie moved in 2009 to the Port Hadlock area where they currently live with their daughters Ellyana and Daniela.

Meet the Nurse Practitioner

Annie Failoni, an adult nurse practitioner, is committed to helping people lead healthier lives. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2001 and has worked in a variety of settings including family and internal medicine, rehab, nursing homes, and surgical weight loss. She is now excited to be helping people in Jefferson county and beyond improve their health through a variety of modalities at Peninsula Chiropractic Clinic.

MJ Edge has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, and has received extensive training in many different massage modalities. Her intuitive application of Swedish, Deep tissue, and other massage techniques result in a deeply restorative massage experience, relieving your pain, fatigue, and stress. In her free time, MJ enjoys going hiking, reading, seeing movies, and experiencing good food. She can't wait to meet you!

Angie Taylor is married and has 4 children. She enjoys helping people in various ways, and after graduating from the Ideal Protein Protocol herself, and thought this would be an amazing opportunity to help people change their lives and become healthier. Proper nutrition plays a vital role in leading a healthy lifestyle. "Ideal Protein gave me the knowledge and tools to make healthier choices, not only during the program but also afterward in my busy day to day life. Laura Sams is passionate about holistic health care and is an enthusiastic fan of chiropractic care, having seen it's healing effects firsthand. She never tires of learning about the body's immense ability to heal and about new advances in alternative health care treatments. In her free time, she loves going on adventures with her husband, exotic cooking, skiing, river rafting, and being with animals.
